Is my biometric data safe?
Absolutely. FacePass does not store photos. We convert facial geometry into a secure mathematical hash using 256-bit encryption. Your original image is never retained.
Can someone misuse my face to enter an event?
No. FacePass includes blink detection and liveness checks to prevent spoofing using photos or videos. Each scan requires real-time facial movement validation.
What if the lighting is bad?
Our AI models are trained for multiple lighting conditions. Additionally, every event includes a manual verification lane as a fallback.
What happens if FaceScan fails at the venue?
FacePass always provides a backup access method as well as manual verification at the gate.
Do I need internet at the event entrance?
