At FacePass, we recognize that your facial biometrics are the most personal data you own. Our mission is to provide seamless access while maintaining the highest standard of data anonymity in the industry.

1. Biometric Data Protection

We use a process called Biometric Vectorization. When you enroll, our AI analyzes 128 unique nodal points on your face. This analysis is immediately converted into a one-way encrypted mathematical hash.

2. Data Usage & Purpose

We collect and process your information for the following limited purposes:

• Identity Verification: To match your face at event entry points.
• Fraud Prevention: To prevent ticket scalping and unauthorized transfers.
• Communication: To send booking confirmations and security alerts.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your biometric hash only as long as you maintain an active account with us. If your account is inactive for a period of 24 months, your biometric data is automatically purged from our secure servers.

Right to Erasure: You may request the immediate deletion of your biometric profile at any time via the User Dashboard. Note that this will disable your ability to use FacePass entry for any upcoming events.

4. Information Sharing

We do not share your biometric hash with event organizers. Organizers only receive a "Success" or "Fail" signal when you scan at a gate, along with your name to confirm the ticket type.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your city preferences. We do not use third-party tracking pixels (like Facebook or Google) that build profiles on your browsing habits outside of FacePass.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in biometric laws or technology. We will notify you via your registered email address 30 days before any significant changes take effect.
