By accessing the FacePass platform and enrolling your biometric profile, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights regarding event access.
1. The FacePass Account
To use our services, you must create an account and complete the mandatory biometric enrollment. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
- Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the service.
2. Biometric Entry Authorization
One Face, One ID.
You understand that your FacePass ID is strictly personal. You are prohibited from attempting to "spoof" the system using photographs, 3D masks, or digital displays of another person's likeness. Any such attempt constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
3. Event Admission & Refusal
FacePass acts as a technology provider for entry. However:
- The physical Event Organizer remains the ultimate authority for admission.
- Admission may be refused for violation of venue rules, including dress code, intoxication, or illegal behavior, regardless of successful biometric verification.
- FacePass is not liable for any damages if an organizer denies entry for reasons outside of technical biometric failure.
4. Payments, Fees & Taxes
All ticket prices listed are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. FacePass reserves the right to charge a "Technology Fee" for the use of biometric fast-track lanes, which will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.
5. Guest Access Codes
When you purchase multiple tickets, the primary ticket is linked to your face. Additional tickets generate "Guest Codes." You are responsible for distributing these codes. FacePass is not liable for guest entry issues if a code has been shared with multiple unauthorized parties.
6. Prohibited Use of the Service
You may not use the FacePass platform to:
- Resell tickets at a premium (Scalping).
- Scrape event data for commercial use.
- Interfere with the biometric kiosks or hardware at event venues.
7. Limitation of Liability
FacePass shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to, event delays caused by third-party internet service providers at the venue.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
