Tech Sales Lead
On-ground Tech Support · Ahmedabad · Contract - 6 positions
FacePass makes your face your ticket - no queues, no QR codes. We're hiring 6 Tech Sales Leads who own the on-ground technical experience at live events.
This is a hands-on, in-the-field role. At each event you will:
- Set up and run the FacePass gate kiosks, cameras and devices on-site.
- Be the on-ground tech support for organisers and their staff - train them, troubleshoot in real time, and keep entry moving.
- Guide attendees through face enrolment and entry, and resolve issues at the gate calmly under pressure.
- Represent FacePass to organisers, spot upsell and expansion opportunities, and feed learnings back to the product team.
You're a great fit if you're technically confident, unflappable in a live environment, great with people, and happy to travel to events (including weekends). Experience with events, on-ground ops, field support, or tech sales is a strong plus.
